💫Students Karma Earning Scheme
Karma scheme is a referral and content-sharing programme implemented by TRAIVIS. This scheme is designed to incentivise users to share content created by other users and refer new users.
Share Courses to Earn Karma:
Sign in to your account
Act as a Student by clicking on the Masks icon in the top-right corner of the Navbar.
Access the courses page.
Browse the courses.
Choose the specific course you would like to share.
To share the course, you have two options: either click on the share button directly on the course card, or open the course page and locate the share button.
Once you click on the share button, you will be presented with a selection of integrated social media platforms to choose from. Alternatively, you can copy the course link and paste it onto any other platforms you prefer.
How the Karma Earning Scheme works:
Existing users (referred to as "referrers") of TRAIVIS can find and share courses created by other users.
Referrers can use a "share" button provided by TRAIVIS to share the content you find interesting or valuable. When you share the content, a unique link is generated, which includes information identifying the referrer and the specific content being shared. You can share this content on your social network, which could include platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
If someone from the referrer's social network (referred to as "referee") clicks on the shared link and decides to register as a new user on TRAIVIS , their registration is tracked and associated with the referrer. This is possible because both the referrer and the shared content have unique IDs in TRAIVIS's system.
Once a referee registers and becomes an active user of TRAIVIS, any purchases they make within the first year will be monitored and tracked.
For each purchase made by a referee within the first year of their registration, the referrer who originally shared the content will receive a financial reward. This reward is calculated as 3% of the total purchase amount. The referrer will be notified instantly for each purchase the referee makes.
Once a referee registers on TRAIVIS and enrols in a course through a link you've shared, you will begin earning karma rewards. Your earnings will be immediately updated after the referee successfully completes a purchase on your wallet and karma page. You can view the updated earnings on your karma tab. Your karma earnings will accumulate for a year starting from the referee's registration date. This means that any course purchases made by the referee during the entire year after signing up will contribute to your earnings. However, there is a hold period on your earnings until the referee completes the course for Live, Face-to-Face, or Hybrid courses, or 14 days from the booking date for recorded courses. During this period, your earnings are put on hold to account for the possibility of refunds. Once this period is over and there are no refunds, you will be able to withdraw your earnings. If a referee requests a refund for a purchased course within the hold period, the karma earned for that course will not be processed to you. Instead, the refunded amount will be transferred back to the referee. Learn more about the payment process.
You'll only be paid for new users who registered on TRAIVIS through a link you shared. If a user is already registered on TRAIVIS through another referrer's link, you won't earn karma from their course purchases.
Accessing My Personal Karma tab:
Sign in to your account
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select my profile.
Click on Karma tab.
Now you can view and monitor your Karma performance.
Monitor your Karma:
TRAIVIS provides you with details about the shared links, referees and your earnings. In this tab you will find the following:
People Reached and Clicked: This section displays the number of individuals who have seen your shared link and clicked on it. This gives you an idea of how effective your content-sharing efforts are in terms of generating interest and traffic.
People Engaged: This metric represents the number of referees who not only clicked on your shared link but also took meaningful actions, such as registering on the TRAIVIS platform and enrolling in courses. These are the users who contribute to your potential earnings.
Your Earnings: This section provides a total sum of your earnings through the Karma scheme. It accumulates the rewards you've received from referees' purchases based on the 3% commission for a year.
Total Number of Shared Links: Here, you'll see the overall count of links you've shared with your social network.
Shared Links and Performance Table: This table lists the individual links to the courses you've shared. For each link, it shows metrics like:
People Reach: The number of individuals who have seen the shared link.
Number of Registered and Enrolled Referees: Out of the people who clicked on the link, how many registered on the TRAIVIS platform and enrolled in courses.
List of Registered and Enrolled Referees: This section provides details about each of the referees who have registered and enrolled through your shared links. For each referee, you'll find: Registration Date: When they registered on the platform, Total Number of Enrolled Courses: How many courses they have enrolled in.
Your Total Karma Earnings: The amount you've earned through this particular referee's purchases.
Referral Link Clicked: The specific link that the referee clicked to register.
List of Enrolled Courses: The courses the referee has enrolled in.
Karma Earnings per Course: How much you earned from each course the referee enrolled in.
