🔑Signup, Sign-In, and Forgot Password

The first step to interact with TRAIVIS platform. All the users are signed up as students. The instructors have to create an account as student first and then create a space.

Sign up (Creating a user account):

To Create an account on TRAIVIS , follow these steps:

1. Visit the TRAIVIS website.

2. Click on the "Sign Up" button to create a new account.

3. Fill in the required information such as your name, email address, and password.

4. You will be redirected to the login page.

5. Fill the login details.

6. Fill in the verification code that emailed to you. The verification code will remain for Just 5 min.

7. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your user profile, including adding a profile picture, Language(s) you speak, Industry and course categories that you are interested in.

8. Save your changes, and your profile will be created.

Sign-In: Logging Into Your Account

To log into your account on TRAIVIS , follow these steps:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to TRAIVIS platform's website.

2. Enter your registered email address in the designated field.

3. Type your password carefully, ensuring correct capitalisation and any special characters.

4. After entering your credentials, click on the "Sign In" button to proceed.

5. Once authenticated, you will be redirected to your Socials page.

Forgot Password: Recovering a Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:

1. Go to TRAIVIS's login page
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" near the login form and click on it.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account into the provided field.

4. Click on the "Reset Password" button to proceed.

5. Check the email inbox associated with your account for a password reset message. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email promptly.

6. Open the email from TRAIVIS and click on the password reset link provided.

7. You will be directed to a secure page where you can enter a new password. Choose a strong password and enter it into the designated fields.

8. Re-enter the new password to confirm accuracy.

9. Save the changes. Your password is now reset.

10. Return to TRAIVIS's login page and log in using your newly reset password.
11. After successfully logging in with your new password, you should gain access to your account and its features.
