This guide outlines the step-by-step process for withdrawing funds from your account using the TRAIVIS platform. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth withdrawal experience.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select "MyWallet" .
This will display your "available balance" , which is the amount you can withdraw immediately.
Initiating a Withdrawal
To withdraw your funds:
On the Wallet page, click the "Withdraw" button in the top-right corner.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method: either a bank account or PayPal.
Connect your Bank account, PayPal, or both (refer to the steps below for detailed instructions).
Once connected, select your desired pay-out account (either PayPal or bank). The selected method will be highlighted in active blue .
All withdrawals are set to the British Pounds currency ; therefore, TRAIVIS is not liable for any exchange fees incurred when converting British Pounds to other currencies, as all currency exchanges will be handled by the payment gateway.
Submitting a Withdrawal Request
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Submit your request.
The transaction will appear at your transaction table with a payment type "Withdrawals".
TRAIVIS will deduct 3% from your withdrawal amount to cover payment gateway and admin fees. This amount is not refundable
Approval Process
Your withdrawal request will be reviewed by TRAIVIS and may take up to 5 working days for approval. Once approved, the funds will be transferred to your selected pay-out method. The status will change from pending withdrawals under the status column to completed by the icon of the withdrawing method which either PayPal or Bank Card
Connecting Your Bank Account for Pay-outs
TRAIVIS partners with Stripe for secure payments and financial services. To connect your bank account:
Click the Connect button on the TRAIVIS platform.
You will be redirected to the "Get Paid by TRAIVIS" page powered by Stripe.
Complete the following details:
Email and Mobile Number.
Verification Code: Insert the code sent to your email or mobile.
Country and Business Type: Select the country where you operate and the type of business.
Personal Details: Provide your legal name, email, date of birth, and home address.
Business Information: Include your website or a brief description of your product/service.
Add your bank account for pay-outs:
Enter your bank account details such as currency, country of the bank account, sort code, and account number.
Confirm your account number.
Review all information and submit.
The process for connecting your bank account with Stripe may vary depending on your country of residence and bank requirements. If your country is not listed in the Stripe country list, you will need to withdraw using PayPal.
Connecting Your PayPal Account
To connect your PayPal account:
Enter your PayPal account email.
Confirm your email.
Click the Connect button.
Ensure that you provide the correct email address for your PayPal account. TRAIVIS is not responsible for delays or loss of funds due to incorrect account details
Toggle the "Direct to Local Bank" option to activate it
