♻️Reactivating Space and Account

This guide will help you reactivate your space or account if they have been deactivated. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth reactivation process.

Reactivate a Space

If your instructor space has been deactivated, please follow these steps to reactivate your space:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Business Space from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click on Reactivate Space.

  5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) that has been sent to your registered email address.

  6. Click Save to complete the reactivation process.

If you do not reactivate the space within the 30-day period, the space will be permanently deleted. You will need to create a new space if this occurs.

Reactivate the Account

If your account has been deactivated, you will not be able to log in until you reactivate it. Follow these steps to reactivate your account:

  1. Attempt to log in to your TRAIVIS account.

  2. You will be redirected to a window asking if you want to reactivate your account.

  3. Click on Reactivate Account.

  4. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address.

  5. Enter the OTP in the provided field.

  6. Once successfully verified, you will be redirected to the social page, and your account will be reactivated.

If you do not reactivate your account within the 30-day period, your account will be permanently deleted. The reactivation window will no longer be available, and you will need to create a new account.
