Sign in to your account.
Ensure that you created a Space .
Act As an Instructor by clicking on the two masks icon on the top right.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Instructor dashboard.
Select the My Followers tab.
All your followers are displayed in a list.
When you hover over a follower, you will see the circle content they have interacted with, the courses they have interacted with, and the number of each type of interaction.
These insights are valuable for identifying the areas of interest of your followers. By understanding what they engage with, you can better connect with them and offer content and courses that align with their preferences.
Each follower has a three-dot button next to their name. Clicking this button allows you to block the follower from interacting with your content, and send a direct message to the follower.
Located at the top of the My Followers page, this button allows you to send a public message as an announcement to all your followers. For more information on messaging, please refer to the Messaging Service Guide.
Positioned at the upper section of the My Followers page, this button enables you to access the list of followers you have blocked. Then you can unblock any user of your choice.
By leveraging the features of the Followers page, you can build stronger connections with your audience, tailor your content to their needs, and effectively manage your communications on TRAIVIS.
