The user wallet is a centralised location on TRAIVIS where you can view and manage your financial transactions. This includes earnings, purchases, and withdrawals. The wallet is designed to give you a clear and concise overview of your financial activities on the platform. The wallet on TRAIVIS is a powerful tool to manage your financial transactions. By understanding each component, you can effectively monitor and control your earnings and expenditures on the platform.
Components of the User Wallet: The wallet page is divided into several key sections:
Current Balance
Total Earnings
Withdrawals
Transaction Table
1- Current Balance: The Current Balance is the total amount of money you have in your wallet, The Current Balance represents the total amount of money you have in your wallet. This is calculated as follows:
Current Balance=Available Balance + On-Hold Balance= (Total Earnings+ Refunded Purchases)−(Purchased Courses+ Withdrawals).
Available Balance: The Available Balance is the portion of your current balance that is immediately available for withdrawal or for purchasing other courses on the platform.
On-Hold Balance: the portion of your current balance that is temporarily inaccessible. These funds are held by TRAIVIS until approval. The on-hold balance ensures that funds are reserved until certain conditions, such as course completion or the end of the refund period, are met.
Refunded Purchases: the amounts that have been refunded to you for any courses or services you previously purchased. This amount is added back to your current balance.
Approval Process: Transactions are approved manually by TRAIVIS, and TRAIVIS takes its percentage before transferring the earnings to the available balance.
Earnings Transfer: Influencer and instructor earnings remain in the on-hold balance until the refund period ends. After this period, the earnings are automatically transferred to the available balance.
2. Total Earnings: The income you earned from different streams on our planform. Total Earnings are calculated as follows:
Total Earnings= (Earnings from Courses+ Earnings from Influence Commissions+ Karma Earnings)− Cancelled Purchases
Earnings from Courses: Income from courses you teach on TRAIVIS.
Earnings from Influence Commissions: Income earned through referral commissions.
Karma Earnings: Income earned through the karma referral system.
Cancelled Purchases: Deductions for courses that were refunded by students, where all associated transactions to influencers, instructors, karma referrers, and TRAIVIS are reversed and the funds are returned to the student.
3. Withdrawals: The amounts you have transferred from your wallet to your bank account or other external accounts. This amount is also deducted from your current balance. This is calculated as follows:
Total Withdrawals= Pending Withdrawals + Completed Withdrawals
Pending Withdrawals: This section shows the withdrawal requests that are awaiting approval from TRAIVIS. When you initiate a withdrawal, the amount will be moved to this section. TRAIVIS typically takes up to 5 working days to approve and process these requests.
Completed Withdrawals: Once your withdrawal request has been approved and the funds have been transferred to your chosen method (bank card or PayPal), the amount will move from the pending withdrawals section to the completed withdrawals section.
4.Transaction Table: The records each transaction in detail. The table includes the following columns:
Payment Type: Indicates whether the transaction is an income or a spending.
Product Price: The total course/service price paid by the user.
Discount: The amount of discount applied.
Total Paid: The price paid after discount.
Payer: The name of the person who made the payment.
Payee: The name of the user who owns the course/service, such as the instructor or TRAIVIS.
Course / Service: The name of the service or course involved in the transaction.
TRAIVIS Commission: The commission TRAIVIS takes from each transaction. This is shown separately to each party involved in the transaction, except for the student, influencer, or karma referrer, where it is displayed as N/A.
MKT Commission: The amount of commission the influencer is entitled to from the transaction. The net amount after deducting TRAIVIS commission is shown in parentheses.
Income: The net income after deducting all commissions (such as MKT commission and TRAIVIS commission).
Date: The date of the transaction.
Status: Indicates the transaction status:
On Hold: Transaction is on hold until TRAIVIS approves it as per the payment policy.
Complete: Transaction is approved and funds are transferred to all parties.
Cancelled: Transaction is cancelled and reversed due to a student refund.
Refund Request: A student has requested a refund, putting all earnings and spending on hold.
Refund Rejected: TRAIVIS has rejected the refund request, entitling all parties to their earnings, and the payer will not receive their money back.
Method: The payment or withdrawal method used (card payment or PayPal).
Refund Request Button: This button is available to students for 14 days from the payment date. The student uses this button to submit a refund request with reasons and supporting evidence for their request. Refer to the refund policy for more details.
Monitoring Balances: Regularly check your available and on-hold balances to stay updated on your funds.
Withdrawing Funds: When you have sufficient available balance, you can initiate a withdrawal to transfer money to your bank account. Learn more about Withdrawing your funds.
Tracking Transactions: Keep track of your earnings, purchases, refunds, and withdrawals to manage your finances effectively.
If a user's account is terminated, indicating it has been deactivated for a period exceeding 30 days, the funds will be transferred to TRAIVIS.
Actions: Shows available actions such as viewing the invoice by clicking on view button and submitting a refund request by clicking the refund request button .
