The Influencer Scheme on TRAIVIS is designed to revolutionise the way courses are promoted by leveraging the power of social media influencers. This innovative program connects instructors with influencers who have dedicated followers, creating a win-win scenario for everyone involved. For instructors, the scheme amplifies their reach by harnessing the expansive networks of social media influencers, allowing them to target and engage a broader audience. Instructors can collaborate with influencers whose followers align with their course topics, ensuring a more engaged and interested audience. They also have the flexibility to set a commission rate that influencers will earn for each student who purchases a course through their referral link. Influencers benefit by earning commissions for every student who books a course using their unique referral link, while enhancing their credibility by promoting high-quality educational content that adds value to their followers' lives. Students enjoy exclusive discounts when booking courses through an influencer’s referral link, making learning more affordable. By bringing together the expertise of instructors, the reach of influencers, and the enthusiasm of students, the TRAIVIS Influencer Scheme creates a dynamic and effective ecosystem for online learning promotion.
Sign in to your account
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select my profile.
Look for the "Influence" button next to your profile name.
Click on the link to access the influencer application form.
Complete the influencer application form by providing all required information, such as your social media handles, number of followers and a brief description about yourself.
After submitting the form, you will receive a thank you email confirming that your application has been received.
TRAIVIS's team will review your application to assess your suitability for the influencer programme.
While your application is under review, you will not be able to reapply for the influencer programme.
Once the review is complete, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the decision regarding your application and gain an access to your Influencer's tab.
In case of declining for your application, The "Influence" button will appear again so you can reapply.
Upon approval, a new "Influencer" tab will appear in your personal profile next to your profile name and the "Influence" button will disappear. To access follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select my profile.
Look for "Influencer" tab in your profile.
The Influencer tab is divided into two sections Statistics section and Offers list.
Statistics Section:
People Reached and Clicked: Number of individuals who have seen and clicked your shared links.
People Engaged: Number of users who clicked your link and enrolled in a course.
Your Earnings: Total Earnings generated from the influencer program. This Earning includes TRAIVIS's commission, so you will be able to view your net earnings from each transaction made through your influencer link on the Payment page.
Campaigns Offer List:
Offer Details: Course title, educator, publication date of the offer, expiration date, and profit-sharing ratio. The influencer's percentage is determined based on the course price after applying the student discount. For instance, if an educator establishes a course price of £100, with a student discount of 25% and an influencer commission of 30%, the influencer's commission would be calculated as follows: 30% of (Course price £100 - student discount (£100 x 25%)) = 30% of £75 = £22.50.
Accept/Reject Offers: Option to accept or reject offers. Accepted offers move to your accepted offers list; rejected offers move to the rejected list but remain visible.
Referral Links: Provided for accepted offers to share on social media.
Accepted Offers and Enrolled Referees: Shows number of referees enrolled through your link and earnings from specific campaigns.
You will see the offers made by the instructors. Instructors set a percentage of course profits for influencers (capped at 75%).Instructors can set a discount for students enrolling through an influencer's referral link.
Each offer has an expiry date which is specified by the instructor to indicate the timeframe to accept or reject the offer.
After accepting or rejecting, the offer will remain on your dashboard and the link will be valid until the instructor ends the offer.
Earnings will show in the payment page but will be on hold for 14 days to cover refund cases. After the earing been approved, it will be transferred from on hold to available section.
In case of a course refund, money is taken back from the influencer and payment status changes to "cancelled."
Earnings can be used to buy courses or withdrawn.
TRAIVIS charges influencers 20% commission on each successful earning . Whilst, TRAIVIS does not charge instructors extra fees for using the influencer scheme.
Only paid courses are eligible for profit sharing with influencers.
Instructors cannot promote their own courses as influencers.
If a course already has a discount, instructors will be reminded of the dual discounts (course and influencer referral discount). need to be tested to make sure there is no discount with the sale price!
Only one active campaign per course. Instructors can end and create new campaigns if needed, up to a maximum of three.
If a user registers on the TRAIVIS platform through an influencer's campaign link and purchases a course, the influencer will not earn the Karma share on that course. However, the influencer will continue to earn a commission on any other courses the student buys for a year, except for those courses specifically promoted through this influencer.
Example: Imagine an influencer promoting a coding course on TRAIVIS. A user signs up to TRAIVIS through the influencer's link and buys that coding course. The influencer will not receive a Karma share for this specific course. However, if the same user later buys a photography course on TRAIVIS within the next year, the influencer will earn a commission from that purchase, even though it wasn't part of the original campaign. However, within this year, if the user buys a digital marketing course promoted by the same influencer, the influencer will not receive a Karma share for this course.
By following these guidelines, users can successfully apply to become influencer, manage campaigns, and track their performance and earnings on the TRAIVIS platform.
