📅Managing My Instructor Calendar
This guide will help you manage your calendar effectively by adding, editing, and deleting events. Follow the steps below to ensure efficient calendar management.
Accessing the Calendar
Sign in to your account.
Ensure that you created a Space .
Act As an Instructor by clicking on the two masks icon
on the top right.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Instructor dashboard.
Select the Calendar tab.
Adding an Event
In the Calendar tab, drag one of the event categories (Campaigns, Blog, Meeting, Course, and Others).
Drop the event on the selected day in the calendar.
Fill in the required inputs in the window that appears.
Click Save to add the event to your calendar.
Editing or Deleting an Event
Click on the event you want to edit or delete.
To edit the event, update the necessary inputs and click Save.
To delete the event, click on the delete icon.
If the event was added from another page, such as publishing a course or launching a campaign, it cannot be deleted from the calendar. You must delete it from the source page. These events have a lock icon 🔒 next to them.
If the event was added to the calendar but its duration has finished in the past, it cannot be edited.
