The Influencer Scheme on TRAIVIS revolutionises course promotion by leveraging social media influencers. This innovative program connects instructors with influencers who have dedicated followers, creating a mutually beneficial scenario. Instructors can amplify their reach by collaborating with influencers whose followers align with their course topics, ensuring a more engaged and interested audience.

Fill in the required details for the campaign:
Student Discount: The discount that a student will receive if they pay for the course using the influencer link (maximum 90%).
Influencer Commission: The influencer will receive a commission for each student who enrols in the course through the link generated by this campaign, with a maximum of 75% of the course price. The instructor's commission is calculated after applying the student discount. For instance, if a campaign is created for a course priced at £100 with a 20% student discount, and the influencer's commission is set at 40%, the calculation will be based on the remaining amount after the discount. Specifically, the influencer's commission will be calculated as follows: 40% of (£100 - (£100 x 20%)), resulting in 40% of £80, which equals £32.
Expiry Date: The date by which the influencer must accept or reject the offer
Once an influencer campaign is created, instructors cannot edit it but can end it.
Each course can have up to three campaigns: one active and two ended campaigns.
To end an active campaign, click on the campaign and select "End Campaign".
Influencers will be notified to accept or reject the new campaign.
Number of Influencers: This statistic shows the total number of influencers participating in the campaign. It helps gauge the campaign's scale and reach potential by indicating how many influencers are promoting the content or product.
Reach: refers to the total number of individuals who have reached the page of the course, which is promoted by the influencers, on the TRAIVIS platform. This metric is crucial for understanding how wide the campaign's impact is.
Enrolled: This statistic represents the number of people who have enrolled in a course as a direct result of the influencer campaign. It's a key indicator of the campaign's effectiveness in converting reach into tangible results.
Teaser campaigns enable instructors to create and schedule posts that TRAIVIS will publish on their behalf across targeted social media platforms. This feature helps build anticipation and engage potential students before a course launch.
TRAIVIS uses a slot system to manage the number of scheduled times and dates for posts on connected social media platforms. Posts scheduled directly on the TRAIVIS platform do not count against this package. Each selected time for a post is considered one slot. For example:
LinkedIn: Post scheduled on June 1 at 13:01 = 1 slot used.
TRAIVIS: Post scheduled on June 1 at 16:00 and June 2 at 14:30 = 0 slots used.
In this example, a total of 1 slot is used.
Each instructor is allotted a package of free slots based on their rank, which renews monthly. Unused slots do not carry over to the next month. TRAIVIS may also gift additional slots to certain instructors.
Each post published on targeted social media platforms will include a link redirecting to the original post on the TRAIVIS platform. Therefore, every scheduled post within a campaign must first be scheduled on TRAIVIS to publish earlier than on any social media platform. For instance, if a post is scheduled for:
LinkedIn: June 1 at 14:01
Here, the post must first be scheduled on TRAIVIS to publish on June 1 at 14:01, or earlier.
