⚙️Managing The Account Settings

This guide is designed to assist you in modifying your email address, updating your password, and deactivating or deleting your space and account on the TRAIVIS Platform.

Change Email

To change your email address, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select .

  4. Enter your current password to gain access to the settings.

  5. Select Change Email.

  6. Put your phone number. Ensure that you use the same phone number that you registered with; otherwise, an invalid message will be displayed.

  7. The system will send an OTP to your registered mobile phone.

  8. Enter the OTP received on your phone to confirm the email change.

  9. Enter your new email address.

  10. Click Save button to update your email address.

Change Password

To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select .

  4. Enter your current password to gain access to the settings.

  5. Select Change Password.

  6. Enter your current password and then your new password. If you do not remember your password, click on recover my password button

  7. Click Save button to save the new password.

Delete Space

To delete or deactivate your instructor space, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select .

  4. Select Delete Space.

  5. Ensure you have completed the following prerequisites:

    • Finish all the courses you are currently enrolled in for teaching. If there is an ongoing course with future live lectures, you cannot delete the space until the course is completed.

    • Withdraw all your earnings so your account balance is zero.

    • Archive all the courses you have published.

  6. Click on the Deactivate Button

  7. Confirm your intention to delete the space. The space will be deactivated for 30 days.

  8. If you do not reactivate the space within this 30-day period, it will be permanently deleted.

  9. Refer to the Wallet and Payment System section to learn more about payments for deactivated or deleted accounts.

Delete Account

To delete your entire account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select .

  4. Select Delete Account.

  5. Ensure you have completed the following tasks:

    • Complete all courses you are currently enrolled in.

    • Settle any outstanding payments and/or withdraw any available balance, such as unpaid course fees or pending refunds.

    • Archive all the courses.

  6. Click on the Deactivate Button

  7. Confirm your intention to delete the account. The account will be deactivated for 30 days.

  8. If you do not reactivate the account within this 30-day period, it will be permanently deleted.

  9. Refer to the Payment System section to learn more about payments for deactivated or deleted accounts.
