🔏Manage My Personal Profile's Privacy

You can customise your privacy settings on the TRAIVIS platform, ensuring that your information and activities are kept private according to your preferences.

Accessing My Personal Account's Privacy:

1. Sign in to your account

2. Act As a Student or Instructor by clicking on the two masks icon on the top right.

3. Find your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting "My Profile".

4. Click on the Privacy option next to the profile name.

5. Click on toggles to activate and deactivate different privacy functions. The privacy functions are explained in the table below

The Personal Account Privacy Functions Table

There are three main choices for the most of privacy settings:

Public: Make this page/item visible to anyone who visits it including guests.

My Connections (Only): Limit visibility to your connections only.

Me (Only): Keep this page/item private, visible only to you.

Privacy Settings	Function
Make My account private	When activated, your profile will be visible exclusively to your connections and will not be searchable or visible in other locations. It may be displayed anywhere on the Traivis platform, but it will remain inaccessible.
Limit Receiving Announcements	You can stop receiving announcements from the spaces that you follow. In case you limit receiving announcements, you will not be able to view the previously received announcements.
Restrict comments on my social activities	You can choose who can comment on Your social activities (Hints, Notes and Blogs), controlling the visibility and interaction with your content.
My Certificates visibility	You can control the visibility of your Certificates, deciding who can see them on your profile.
Picture Visibility	You can control the visibility of your profile picture, deciding who can see them on your profile or in shared content.
Enrolled courses visibility	you can manage who sees your courses (My courses) page.
My business visibility	You can control who can view your business (My business) page
Viewing connections	You can decide who can view your connections.
Sending a connection request	You can decide who can send you a connection request.
Message me privacy	You can ensure privacy by controlling who can send you messages.
