Archiving a Course
The "Archive Course" feature allows instructors to manage their course offerings effectively by archiving courses that are no longer active or available for enrolment.

The "Archive Course" feature allows instructors to manage their course offerings effectively by archiving courses that are no longer active or available for enrolment.

Sign in to your account.
Ensure that you created a Space .
Act As Instructor by clicking on two masks icon on the top right.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Instructor dashboard.
Select the "My Courses" tab to access your course list.
Find the course you wish to edit.
Click on the three dots button (options) next to the course name and select "Archive"
Archived courses status will change from published to "Archived".
You can restore an archived course at any time by clicking on the three dots button next to the course name in the archived list and selecting "Unarchive."
Archived courses are no longer visible to students who did not enrol before the archiving and cannot be enrolled in. However, It will be visible to the students who enrolled before the archiving date.
By utilising the Archive Course feature, instructors can maintain an organised and efficient course management system on TRAIVIS, ensuring both instructors and students have a streamlined experience.
