You can customise your instructor privacy settings on the TRAIVIS platform, ensuring that your information and activities are kept private according to your preferences.

Accessing My Instructor Account's Privacy:

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Act as an Instructor by clicking on the Masks icon in the top-right corner of the Navbar.

  3. Find your Dashboard by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting Instructor Dashboard.

  4. Navigate to the Privacy Page on the side left menu.

  5. Click on toggles to activate and deactivate different privacy functions. The privacy functions are explained in the table below

There are three main choices for most privacy settings:β €β €

Public: Make this page/item visible to anyone who visits it, including guests.

My Followers (Only): Limit visibility to your followers only.

Me (Only): Keep this page/item private, visible only to you.

Account Privacy

The account won’t be searchable, but your activities may still be visible . You might be found in areas like courses, comments, student lists, etc.

Limit Receiving Announcements

Restrict Comments on Notes and Blogs to followers only.

Picture Visibility

You can control the visibility of your profile picture, deciding who can see them on your profile or in shared content.

Viewing Followers

You can decide who can view the list of your Followers.

Message privacy

You can ensure privacy by controlling who can send you messages.

Connected Social Media

You can connect your TRAIVIS Space to your social media accounts for Scheduling and sharing content using the TRAIVIS MKT Manager service. Link your social media accounts to your TRAIVIS space by clicking the connect button next to each social media option.

Members

This section presents the members associated with your profile. The Role field specifies the member's designation (e.g., owner, admin). The Joined Date field indicates when the member became part of the group. The Show in Business Card Toggle allows you to include this member's details on your business card. Currently, only the space owner is displayed, and the option to add members with varying roles is not available.
